Job Description

Innova Solutions is hiring a Java Product Support Engineer

Experience required: 3 to 5 years & 5 to 7 years

Location: Hyderabad and Chennai

Must have skills:

• At least 5 years of working experience in Production support functions with majorly working on Application maintenance and support using Kibana, New Relic, Java Springboot, Microservices and Core Java basic
• Looking at logs and identifying the problem area, then looking at code and troubleshooting.
• Looking at JSON data (this is a data format being used to pass between different systems) and identifying issues
• Monitoring dashboards.
• Monitoring performance and troubleshooting slow running microservices.
• Looking at JVM crash dumps for Thread locking or slow Threads
• Connect with end user or store representatives to understand issue and replicate.
